Bessie Pan

Founder & CEO

Having spent 10 years in Google China and Google Hong Kong, as the Industry Head of E-Commerce and the Lead of DoubleClick Hong Kong, Bessie consulted on 200+ strategic clients’ digital solutions in global markets. Equipped with solid understanding and rich experience in digital marketing, direct response strategy, online analytics, programmatic advertising and platform solution, Bessie founded Hina Technology, an integrated digital marketing agency, aiming to help the Greater China clients to expand business globally and the international clients to enter Chinese market.

William Huang

VP of Operations, Shenzhen

William is an expert in SEM, Remarketing, Online Shopping Advertising and other performance marketing solutions with over 10 years of practical experience. He helped two listed companies Absen and Wondershare Software to build perfect global marketing systems. Before joining Hina Technology, he was the Deputy Director of Formax Group’s overseas marketing team. William leads the HINA Shenzhen team to provide professional integrated marketing solutions and services to our e-Commerce,travel, finance and B2B clients.

Trevor Niu

VP of Operations, Beijing

With over 10 years of in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in gaming industry, Trevor masters the marketing tactics for gaming products and mobile applications . After years of work as product manager in Oak Pacific Interactive (Renren Game), Trevor co-founded the online gaming Platform Play800 in 2011. He led the team to successfully publish dozens of web games and mobile games in SEA, NA, EU markets and made great profit for the company. Trevor is now in charge of gaming, mobile apps and entertainment verticals in HINA.

Mia Zhang

VP of BD and Sales

Mia has many years of business development and media buy experience on both domestic and oversea digital marketing channels. She managed the full product line marketing when she worked in FL Mobile and Play800. During working in Play800, Mia and her team launched Cos Battle and several successful games, each with monthly revenue over 30 million RMB. Mia is now leading the Greater China sales and business development team to explore new business opportunities and marketing channels for HINA.

Coleman Lo

Head of Performance Marketing, Hong Kong

Coleman is an expert on data analysis and programmatic platform. Before joining Hina Technology, Coleman worked in Google Hong Kong DoubleClick team on RTB product, data tracking and programmatic platform solutions. He also worked in Hong Kong 4As to provide global SEM and social media campaign optimization services. Coleman is now the leader of performance marketing and overseas clients support. Coleman and his team are now supporting Hong Kong and overseas clients to develop Chinese and Asian markets.
